Application: This insert has a highly engineered hard nano coating and sharp cutting edge with superior deformation resistance and toughness. With positive rake angle, it is an excellent choice for semi-finishing to medium machining of sticky workpiece materials, particularly stainless steels and high-temperature alloys.
Depth of Cut (ap): 1-4 mm. Feed Rate (fn): 0.2-0.5 mm/r. Speed (vc): 170-300 m/min for stainless steels, 150-380 m/min for steels, 20-70 m/min for high-temperature alloys.
